What is the Universal Network?
The Universal Network is the primary inter-system communication network designed to be accessable from anywhere. In space, it is usually accessed by local-space long range communication satellites, and in more remote situations, instantaneous contact can be made over Zero-space relays. Planets will have their own relay point, and redistribute with fast fiber cables for ease of use.
